Dr Ritu Mary Ison did her graduation from the Academy of Medical Science, Pariyaram in 2007. Post-graduation in Diplomate of National Board (DNB), National Board of Examinations, New Delhi in 2013. She did her fellowship in phacoemulsification at Sankara Eye Hospital, Bangalore in 2015, and Susrut Eye Hospital, Kolkata in 2016. She is an expert in phacoemulsification cataract surgery and micro incisions cataract surgery.
